Event - Chingay New Year Parade of Dreams
Chingay is the annual street parade in Singapore to celebrate Chinese New Year. It is a smashing event to cover if only because you get chance to view the rehersals too. Everyone taking part enjoys the photography and both the colour and energy levels are high. It is not yet on the Rio Carnival scale but it is very accessible and I hope I get to shoot it again sometime.
